Group Sessions and Workshops
Group sessions are a great way to increase your class or groups nutrition knowledge and make nutrition fun. We cover a wide range of topics and will provide a fun, interactive session for your group. Full handouts are given to all participants. We can focus on general nutrition topics or specific sports nutrition topics for your class or team. Sessions that are often asked for include:

- How to balance your lifestyle with nutritional practices
- What is a balanced diet? And how do you do it?
- How to look after yourself with weight management strategies

Cook for Performance and Cook Off Sessions
These sessions are a great way to improve your culinary skills all while having fun in the kitchen. Choose between a hands on cooking session where you are lead through healthy, easy meals or a cook off where your group can compete to make the healthiest meal with the ingredients that they are provided with. These sessions are tailored to the groups experience and specific needs.

Learn how to navigate the aisles of the supermarket in these fun sessions. Within an hour your group or class will learn how to read food labels and how to navigate through the supermarket while avoiding trip ups! They will also learn the simple tricks to make easy, inexpensive and delicious meals.
