We do not advocate diets - we believe in teaching you to make sensible choices and being able to enjoy what you eat.

Individual Consultations 

 

Individual consultations can make sure that you achieve your energy and wellbeing based goals. At your first consultation we will discuss your goals and look at your previous dietary and exercise habits, your health history and your current lifestyle.  From here we will make an action plan and give you the information, resources and motivation to make the sustainable changes that you need.  After meeting for an initial consultation, we will make sure that you have the support, motivation, and resources to make sustainable, realistic changes with exceptional follow up. If you based in the Wellington , Wairarapa, Taranaki or Manawatu regions we can see you in person, but if you live out of these regions don’t worry as we can still help you through online consulting. Online Consulting

Online consulting is an option for those who live out of the lower North Island .  This service is primarily email and phone based and ensures that you receive the same amount of information, support and motivation as clients who are seen in person.  If you are interested in this form of service, or have any questions please contact Sarah

 

It can be a bit daunting deciding on which nutritionist you want to pass your hard-earned money on to ... but I had no problems handing money to Sarah in return for her tremendous amount of knowledge and enthusiasm.  I have seen a number of different nutritionists over the last 10 years or so and my partner was a little concerned when I mentioned I wanted to see someone again... he worried I could be wasting our money to be "told stuff I already knew".  As it turned out, this wasn't the case, Sarah was a breath of fresh air with plenty of suggestions and alternatives to my current way of eating.  Her vibrancy and enthusiasm came through in her work, which meant I always looked forward to our next session and reporting back to her with both the good news... and the struggles.  I never felt I had to hide anything from Sarah as she wasn't going to "tell me off" ... but instead, listen and advise suggestions for "if this happens again...".  

 

Overall I felt Sarah "got me" ... my personal situation and the obstacles I faced.  Everyone is so different; and her willingness to listen to MY story was so important to me, and for her to come up with suggestions relevant to MY situation ... not just a 'standard' blurb given to all clients.  I really felt Sarah put a lot of thought and effort into my own specific requirements.
