"In the middle of last year i approached Sarah about sorting out my nutrition for a crack at Ironman NZ this year. She provided me with advice about a suitable training diet which would enable me to recover quickly from the long training sessions needed to prepare for such a long race. Her advice was immediately helpful as my energy levels improved and as a result so did the quality of my training.


Closer to the the race day I met with Sarah again to talk about carbo-loading prior to the race and a nutrition strategy for the actual day. Nutrition is such a crucial part of any endurance event and her advice worked a treat.
